Room Options and Pricing

• Double Room (Shared Occupancy): $550 per month
   

• Single Room (Private Occupancy): $650 per month
   

• Family Room (For Couples & Families): $1,000 per month

  • Children $50 per month​

 

Move-In Fee

A one-time move-in fee of $250 is required for all residents upon move-in.
